We want you to have the best possible stay. To make sure every guest has a great experience, here are a few things to know before booking:
- Quiet hours are observed to ensure a relaxing stay for all guests.
- Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
- The rooftop deck is a shared space, and food or snacks are not allowed there.
- While we’re located off the main strip, Hampton Beach can still be lively at times, with a couple of nearby bars.
- We do not have an on-site ice machine, but we often have ice bags available at a similar price to nearby convenience stores on P Street.
- Our rooms are spacious and comfortable; bathrooms are more compact, and the sink is located in the room area.
- And just to set expectations — we don’t serve breakfast, lunch, or dinner (one guest once assumed we did, so we figured we’d mention it).
- We’re a great fit for guests looking for a clean, comfortable, and more relaxed stay near the beach.

I very much enjoyed our stay here, it was myself and my teen daughter. We loved that it was actually only a couple minutes walk to the beach and about a five minute walk to the beginning of the boardwalk. The rooms are exactly as described, and the pool is fantastic. I thought the staff was very helpful and friendly. I loved this motel, will go back again, and would recommend.

Beach was a 5 minute walk and that section of the beach was not crowded at all, even for a Saturday in July. Room was clean, shower had good water pressure, and it was a good value for the price.
